Current US president Donald Trump’s Twitter timeline is a stream of tweets flagged by the social network for disputed claims over the US election results.

According to a Twitter spokesperson, Twitter has been flagging Trump’s tweets for “potentially misleading claims about the election”.

The social media platform has also said that Trump will lose his special protections once he is no longer US president on January 20, meaning he will be subject to the same rules as other Twitter users.

“This policy framework applies to current world leaders and candidates for office, and not private citizens when they no longer hold these positions,” Twitter said in a statement.

Spotify could be about to announce a subscription service for podcasts, offering access to exclusive and original shows to users for a monthly fee, according to reports.

The new service is speculated to have four subscription plans, costing anywhere from about $3 to $8 a month.

Users would get exclusive episodes of podcasts without any ads.

A spokesperson has not denied the service could be in the works but added that Spotify has “no further news to share on future plans at this time”.

The streaming giant has been heavily investing in podcasts lately, signing a number of big figure deals for exclusive shows.

Elon Musk had promised he would launch his own liquor and he’s now done it, with Tesla announcing “Tesla Tequila” last week.

In 2018, Musk said “Teslaquila” would be coming soon and, two years on, with a different name, the product is a reality.

CNN reports the liquor, for sale on Tesla’s website for $250, is already sold out, despite orders being limited to two bottles each and only available in certain states in the US.

The tequila, made by Nosotros Tequila, in Southern California, is sold in a lightning-shaped bottle.

Tesla Tequila sold out within a matter of hours.
